I was gifted three very different pieces of Hawaiian fabric from Dorothy’s collection, after she died in January, and this was my favorite. I wanted to showcase the print so I designed simple shadow boxes. The challenge was selecting a background color to coordinate with the two colors in the print. This fabric was hand-dyed.
